Shopping Basics

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.

Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your rubzara.com account:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request your return or exchange directly from your account
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
  • To create an account, simply click on ‘Sign in’ and then ‘Register now’ to fill in your details.

On our home page at the top right corner, there is the option of “Sign in”.

If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page.

Against each product, the estimated delivery time is mentioned. It is our aim to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

Regular status updates will be provided about your order through email.

Payments

We support following payment options at rubzara.com for a safe and secure shopping experience:

  • Master Card, Maestro, Visa Debit, or Credit Card.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment fails, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We will resolve the issue. If your payment is debited from your account after the payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this. To register at rubzara.com, we will need to know your name, mailing address, and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, and expiration date. Please note that rubzara.com may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals of clothing and fabulous new services via email. Shipping & Returns

You can return your purchase if:

  • The product ordered is damaged
  • or has a manufacturing defect
  • or the wrong product has been delivered

In case a product ordered is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product and contact our customer care service team at [email protected] within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Please keep all packaging material, original invoice intact.

It may take up to 7-10 business days to process your refund. rubzara.com values its customers, and that is why we will try our best not to keep you waiting.

Until your order gets delivered to your shipping address, you can cancel your order from the “My Orders” section or by not accepting the Package from the delivery service.
