Returns
The goods purchased from rubzara.com cannot be returned unless the goods you received are damaged due to a manufacturing defect. We do not take responsibility for the possible damages that occur during the delivery.
If the goods you have received turn out to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you may contact us for Replacement.
Replacement (if applicable)
We make our best efforts to ensure that our goods are in good condition when the goods are being packed for delivery, yet, if the goods you receive is damaged due to manufacturing defects, we suggest you contact our customer support. If we consider your appeal to be true after we inspect the goods physically, your replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible depending on the availability of stock at the time.
Cancellation
Upon cancellation of the order, once we receive the cancelled item back from the courier service, your refund will be processed deducting the shipping charges, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval(after deducing the shipping amount) or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected], and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address after contacting our customer care executive.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
